Rajesh Subbiah, grew up in Thiruthangal, was one of the founding members of KANA in 2018, the first independent non-profit organization for Kammavars in North America. He is based out of Chicago for the last 24 years and has served the US military. He is passionate to serve the Kamma community around the globe and very interested to support our community in Tamil Nadu.
Ramkumar Kandaswamy was born and raised in Kovilpatti. He is based out of Charlotte, North Carolina. He is an IT professional and currently heads the Information technology department for the city of Charlotte, NC
Jeyakumar Marichamy lives in New Jersey. He is working in Financial Institution. Jey hails from Kumaragiri Puthur ( near Ettayapuram ) and grew up in V.Nachiryarpatti ( near Kalampatti )
Jeeva, hails from Gopinaickenpatti, Madurai district, and grew up in Chennai. He is based out of Dallas, TX. Jeeva is a Senior Manager at a Big 4 consulting firm. He is passionate in community service and a very active member of other Non -profits like Back on My Feet, Susan G Komen in the US while financially supports setting up libraries in rural Tamil Nadu
Mrs. Rajalakshmi Suresh hails from M. Subbulapuram/Theni. She came to the United States in the 1990's and currently lives in Los Angeles, CA Metro area. She's an entrepreneur and experienced Realtor in the Real Estate industry. She is also holding the position of Vice President in Mazhai Thuli Foundation in Theni, India. She is also an Advisory Board in Uskids4water Non-Profit and also a Board member at the General Federation of Woman's Club of Playa Del Rey.
Mahalakshmi Krishnaswami hails from Manaloor, Sankarankovil, and is a resident of Atlanta, GA. She is working as Software architect
Vasudevan Ayyappan (Vasu). Currently, live in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. His native place is Boovanathapuram, Sivakasi (West). Vasu graduated Ph.D. in Biotechnology. Currently, working as a Research Scientist at Delaware State University, Dover, Delaware. In addition, He is doing financial services to provide financial education on how to build wealth and bring a wide spectrum of investment strategies and solutions to our clients. He is passionate about helping school students to get summer internships and college funding.
Moovaar Anbu Perumal is the Membership vice-chair in KANA, and he currently lives in Toronto, Canada since 1999. Anbu Perumal is working as Operation Manager in Ministry of Solicitor General, and his native place is Mettilpatti between Aruppukottai and Ettayapuram.
Jayakumar Atchaiah is the special projects chair, and he is from Plano, TX. He is living with his wife and two daughters. Jayakumar works in Federal projects as a software consultant and his native is VILLISERI in Tamilnadu.
Geetha Kannikannan is the Services Chair for KANA. She is residing in St. Louis, Missouri and working in an IT field. She is active volunteer in many organizations. Her native place is Meenampatty, Sivakasi.
Vijay Kottappan is the Services Joint Chair for KANA, he resides in Chandler, AZ.
He works as Sr. Manager to two global teams for a fortune 100 organization. He is an active volunteer in few other non-profits as Treasurer for the one of the Lions club and Secretary/Treasurer for Arizona Tamil Sangam. Vijay hails from Aruppukottai and grew up in Madurai.
